Acupuncture

Moxibustion

Cupping
This is like a massage in reverse. Cups are placed on the body and the air is removed, this pulls the fascia and muscle up drawing out toxins to a point where the immune system deal with them.
Gua Sha
By scraping the skin gently with a special tool in order to produce light petechiae, we are able to break up scar tissue and improve circulation. It is also fantastic for treating musculoskeletal disorders like back pain, tendon strain, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
Therapeutic Massage
Tui Na is a hands-on body treatment that uses Chinese taoist principles. We brush, knead, roll, press, and rub the areas between each of the joints to open the body's defensive Qi and get the energy moving in the meridians and the muscles.
